Two Apps Included

Science Studies App Learning Bundle

Storm Educational is an app company who has created two wonderful apps for learning about the Human Body.  Both apps look at matching words and sounds to images.  If your young child is interested in the world of Science, then these two apps are for you.  In addition, these apps are wonderful to use with a projector, Smartboard or for stations in a classroom

The first of these apps called Naming Parts of the Body and is a simple app which explores the topics of Parts of the Body; Parts of the Face; the Senses; the Skeleton and the Inner Organs.  These are simple and easy to use activities for any young child from the ages of 3 up to early intermediate.  This app can be used as a springboard for discussion and is wonderful for the teacher instructing his/her students of the different areas of focus: the Face; the Senses; the Skeleton and the Inner Organs.  Pairing for Early Science  There are many ways that this app can be used.  One way is to use it for iPad stations in the classroom and for one-on-one work with the students.  With the user-friendly interface, many of the students can easily slip into understanding these Scientific concepts that may be difficult for some to understand through a different medium other than an interactive mobile device.

The second app is called Pairing for Early Science, which is somewhat similar to the first app, however has some important differences to enhance the learning of a young child in the subject of Science.  This app is a drag and drop with an image, sound or word.  The topics that span this app are: The Senses; Parts of the Body; Young Animals; Animal Sounds and Animals with Wings.  Each of these great topics can be used, as the above app, as a teaching tool.  The teacher can use this iPad to instruct the students about these specific concepts.

Both of these apps are great for the small child who loves Science; the educator who is trying to find an easy app to use to instruct her or his class about Scientific concepts and for the tutor or Learning Assistance teacher who would like to work one-on-one with students.
